The Bhavan moves its art fest to Kilpauk on Dec.14 evening when its Naatya Utsav unfolds. The chief guest is Justice P. Sathasivam, Chief Justice of India.
That evening, senior dancer Malavika Sarukkai will be honoured with a Life Time Achievement Award. There are also awards for M Narmadha, K Gayathri, S R G S Mohan Doss, B Suchitra and K Satyanarayanan.
Later that evening, Malavika will perform.
Dance recitals will be held here every evening.
The auditorium is a donor project of TAG, run by R T Chari and his brother and rasikas in Kilpauk get a rare opportunity to witness the best dancers on stage. Hopefully, there will be a full house. Admission is free. This place is on Kilpauk Garden Road.
